The Royal Court of Valeria serves as the primary administrative and advisory body of the state.

It exists to:

  • Assist the Monarch in governance

  • Draft and review legislation

  • Coordinate state operations

  • Provide counsel to the Crown

Membership is primarily drawn from the nobility, particularly high-ranking members such as Dukes, Counts, and Princes.

Role in Lawmaking

The Court may:

  • Draft legislation

  • Propose legal reforms

  • Review and refine laws

However, no law may take effect without approval from the Monarch.

Temporary Authority

In certain situations, the Court may be granted temporary legislative authority.
This authority:

  • Is limited in scope

  • Exists for defined durations

  • Remains fully revocable

Position Within the State

The Royal Court does not function as an independent branch of government.
It operates entirely under the authority of the Crown.
